SLA

The SLA is great for customers who want a guaranteed response time that isn't tied to the number of servers they have. It provides 24x7 coverage, a reduced hourly flat rate, and is immune to emergency rates or after hours rates. The SLA provides the following services:

  • Service Level Agreement
  • 24x7 Response
  • Immunity to emergency rates
  • Immunity to after hours rates
  • Reduced hourly rates
  • Costs are enterprise wide

Proactive SLA

The Proactive SLA is the option of choice if you would like Remote DBA or Remote Sysadmin services. It includes all the benefits of the SLA but also includes:

  • Further discounted hourly rates
  • 4 Hours of Professional Services included
  • Monitoring of one server for Proactive response (additional servers available at minimal additional cost)
  • Proactive Response
  • Monitoring alerts are configured per customer specification to alert Command Prompt for Proactive Response

Pricing Options

  • SLA: $350.00 a month. 
  • Proactive SLA: 1350.00 a month (includes one server for monitoring)
